SwellCast provides real-time surf condition monitoring and forecasts based on live camera feeds and ocean data. The service includes free features and a paid Pro subscription with advanced analysis capabilities.
User Accounts
You may create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Subscriptions and Payments
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Surf condition data and forecasts are provided for informational purposes only. SwellCast does not guarantee the accuracy of conditions displayed. Always exercise personal judgment and caution when entering the water. SwellCast is not responsible for any decisions made based on the information provided.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwellCast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable national law of the user's country of residence.
